All our experiences to date and the professional successes that have come with them are due, among other things, to the high qualifications and skills of our staff, who – in the area of assembly work – include:
- welders with argon welding qualifications,
- welders with electric welding qualifications,
- fitters,
- qualified technicians.
Our welders are qualified according to EN 287 -1 by the Office of Technical Inspection in the following categories:
141 T BW W01 wm t05 D57 H-L045 ssnb (lower class e.g. K18, 16M),
141 T BW W02 wm t05 D57 H-L045 ssnb (higher class e.g. 15HM, 10H2M, 12HMF),
141 T BW W11 wm t1,5 D57 H-L045 ssnb (higher class e.g. 1H18N9, 1H18N10T).
111 TBW W01 B + 13 D159 H-L045 ssnb (K18, 16M),
111 TBW W02 B + 12,5 D159 H-L045 ssnb (15HM, 10H2M, 12HMF).
By decision of the Office of Technical Inspection, they have the following authorisations:
- meet the requirements of Module A2 of Directive 2014/68/EU No. 78237/JN/004/04/1,
- to manufacture for the installation of: transmission pipelines for flammable materials, industrial pipelines for poisonous or corrosive materials – in accordance with Decision No. UC-28-136-M/2-22 dated 11.01.2022,
- for the manufacture of: transfer pipelines for flammable materials, transfer pipelines for poisonous or corrosive materials – in accordance with Decision No. UC-28-136-W/1-22 dated 11.01.2022,
- to repair: non-pressure and low-pressure tanks for poisonous or corrosive materials, steam boilers, water boilers, transfer pipelines for poisonous or corrosive materials, fixed pressure tanks, steam pipelines connecting the boiler to the turbogenerator – in accordance with Decision No. UC-28-136-N/2-22 dated 11.01.2022,
- to retrofit: steam boilers, water boilers, steam pipelines connecting the boiler with the turbogenerator, process pipelines for combustible materials, process pipelines for poisonous or corrosive materials, transfer pipelines for combustible materials, transfer pipelines for poisonous or corrosive materials, non-pressure vessels and low pressure vessels for poisonous or corrosive materials – in accordance with Decision No. UC-28-136-P/2-22 dated 11.01.2022.
